EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Westport Board of Education is pleased to introduce the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available through CIGNA, effective 9/1/2017, for all Westport Board of Education employees and your household members. Even if you are not covered under the Westport Board of Education medical plan, you and the members of your household are still eligible to participate in the EAP. All EAP services are provided to you at no charge. The EAP services are also voluntary and confidential. The EAP is designed to assist in dealing proactively with such concerns as marital difficulties, depression, stress, concerns with children or aging parents, alcoholism, drug abuse, legal issues, and many other concerns that may affect you.
